Q: What is the schedule this week?
A: Game today versus ASAP (5/2 team). Thursday...practice? (Maybe that will require a show of hands.)

Q: If we don't practice on Thursday, what should I do?
A: You might try cross-training.

Q: Should I stretch?
A: You should definitely stretch. Color of socks is optional.

Q: Is warming up important?
A: Absolutely. Try to get there early to throw with some of the experienced throwers.

Q: It's been said that intensity is important when playing Ultimate. How is "intensity" defined?
A: Intensity can be hard to define, but I know it when I see it.

Q: Will Sean be at tonight's game?
A: On Saturday night he said that he'd be there!

Q: Who is Sean?
A: Sean has been a member of the Demons almost from the team's beginning. A number of recent ailments (calf, marriage, fatherhood) have limited his playing time recently and he has not been as ubiquitous as he once was.

Q: What is tonight's Over/Under?
A: Brian usually sets the Over/Under. We await his prediction.

Q: What should I do if someone seems overly aggressive with the camera?
A: Plead for mercy. Maybe the pest will go away.
